| Purpose |
The project will develop an energy audit and management
toolkit to assist municipalities (and major private sector
companies) identify and implement energy saving programmes
and also identify where possible and appropriate opportunities
for development of alternative, renewable energy sources. |

The project primarily aims to address the sustainable
energy priority theme, and secondly will contribute to municipal
capacity building. |
