PECE Secretariat aims to facilitate cooperation for innovative projects focusing on the EECCA region priority policies and themes, including capacity building and facilitating and managing change using PECE’s strong multi-sectoral nature.

EECCA member organisations are encouraged to submit calls for collaboration by using proposed project ideas form. Submitted calls can be found under Collaboration Opportunities.

This year we will be focusing on the three themes reflecting agreed priority areas of focus as described in the outputs of the Belgrade Environment for Europe Conference held in October 2007:

1. Climate Change
2. Biodiversity
3. Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP)
